RETURNS - ONLINE STORE PURCHASES
If you are unhappy with the product from the online store, we will be happy to exchange or refund your order. Just email us, chameleonsimage@gmail.com, letting us know that you would like to request an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange, we will email you a return code. Please place the return code on the mailing label in the line Attn: Returns.
THE PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM THE ONLINE STORE MUST BE RETURNED TO CHAMELEONS IMAGE LLC IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a reliable method to mail your return.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All items must be in new and unused condition.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - ONLINE STORE PURCHASES
Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process the item(s) and you will get an exchange 7 - 10 business days from the date
we receive your return.
If you would like a refund, the refund will go back on the card you used to purchase the order. The refund will take approximately 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return.
EXCHANGES - CUSTOM ORDERS
A proof of your order is sent to you before we begin production. The proof(s) are approved by you ( The customer ). Your approval of
the proof and your approval to begin production are emailed back to Chameleons Image LLC. In doing so, we will begin the production process and you agree that Chameleons Image LLC will exchange a custom order only if we send the wrong product that is not in accordance with the customer's approved proof.
ORDERS CAN BE CANCELED ONLY DURING THE PROOF APPROVAL PROCESS BEFORE WE START PRODUCTION!
